of our product engineering and customer delivery systems The Role The Project Manager will lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise SaaS implementation projects on Innovapptive s Connected Worker Platform This is an Individual Contributor role with strong leadership accountability mentoring team members managing stakeholders and ensuring successful customer outcomes This role is primarily Waterfall-focused and candidates with solid Waterfall execution experience will be given preference What You Bring to The Team Must have experience working with the Software IT industry Minimum 7 years of Project Management experience Strong and proven Waterfall project delivery experience is mandatory Strong leadership capability within an IC role Excellent communication skills presentation documentation and stakeholder influencing Experience managing internal and customer-facing stakeholders at multiple levels Practical hands-on use of AI tools to improve productivity reporting or decision-making Exposure to EAM Enterprise Asset Management or ERP systems SAP PM Maximo Oracle EAM Infor Education Certification Bachelor s or Master s in Engineering Business Information Systems or
