TIDA Sports is a leading sports academy dedicated to nurturing young athletic talent and fostering a love for sports We provide comprehensive coaching and training programs in various sports Our mission is to empower athletes to reach their full potential through expert guidance and a supportive environment We are seeking a dynamic head coach for football who will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of a football program including developing and implementing game strategies coaching players individually and as a team recruiting recent athletes managing assistant coaches ensuring compliance with rules and regulations JOB DESCRIPTION To promote the Football Programmes increasing participation across the academies in football Develop and implement an all-inclusive coaching structure within the Football provision Provide continuous coaching support guidance and practical advice to ensure the development of all coaches within the Academies Deliver a high-quality coaching programme which develops the skills and talents of all players This should include strength and conditioning training and classroom tactic sessions as appropriate Contribute to maintaining and developing the links with parents of students in Academy as well as school coordinators To make a curriculum ensuring students representation and participation to the highest levels Promote the Football Academy in local schools by delivery of taster sessions and training sessions on a regular basis This will include attending marketing events to promote the Academy and other sports offer as required Arrange friendly games within the academy to ensure continuous development of students Develop and execute comprehensive practice plans game strategies Provide individual and group coaching to improve player skills techniques and game understanding Identify evaluate and recruit talented coaches delegating tasks and responsibilities effectively Monitor the academic progress of players to ensure eligibility and support their academic success Foster a positive team environment with strong leadership accountability and sportsmanship Required Skills A licensed coach Have an experience of 5-6 years as Senior Coach Deep understanding of football rules tactics and strategies Ability to motivate inspire and hold players accountable Effective communication with players parents staff and the community Efficient planning and management of practice schedules recruiting efforts and team logistics Job Type Full-time Pay 90 000 00 - 100 000 00 per month Work Location In person
