Key Responsibilities Plan develop and execute event strategies that align with business goals and client expectations Manage the complete event lifecycle concept planning budgeting vendor sourcing logistics execution and event closure Coordinate with internal teams including marketing design production and finance to ensure smooth operation Handle venue bookings permissions audio-visual requirements stage production hospitality travel security and on-site execution Liaise with clients to understand requirements provide solutions and ensure seamless delivery Create event proposals presentations and timelines for client approval Track budgets negotiate with vendors and ensure cost efficiency without compromising quality Supervise event staff volunteers and third-party partners Prepare post-event reports including performance metrics feedback analysis and learnings Maintain strong relationships with clients partners and industry vendors Required Skills Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Event Management Hospitality Marketing Mass Communication or related field Proven 3-6 years of experience in event planning and execution corporate events preferred Solid project management leadership and multitasking abilities Excellent communication and presentation skills Strong negotiation and vendor management skills Ability to work on tight deadlines and handle pressure Proficiency in MS Office Google Workspace project trackers and event coordination tools Job Type Full-time Pay 20 000 00 - 60 000 00 per month Work Location In person
