Role Overview As a PeopleSoft Technical Manager you will own the end-to-end technical delivery of PeopleSoft projects leading design development upgrades and production support while collaborating closely with business and functional teams Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the technical delivery of PeopleSoft projects HCM FSCM Campus Solutions Plan execute and monitor upgrades enhancements integrations and custom developments Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and design effective technical solutions Oversee development in People Code Application Engine SQR Integration Broker Component Interfaces and Web Services Ensure high code quality through reviews standards and best practices Support go-live activities production issues performance tuning and continuous improvements Mentor and guide technical team members to drive growth and high performance Manage timelines risks and deliverables to ensure successful project outcomes Required Skills Qualification Bachelor s degree in Computer Science IT or related field 8 years of PeopleSoft technical development support experience 2 years in a Technical Lead or Managerial role Strong expertise in People Tools People Code Application Engine SQR Integration Broker Web Services Hands-on experience with PeopleSoft Upgrades PUM and Fluid UI Excellent leadership communication and problem-solving skills Job Type Full time Pay 100 000 00 - 150 000 00 per month Work Location In person
