We are looking for an experienced Dispatch Supervisor with strong hands-on expertise in managing the complete dispatch A-to-Z process for a beauty brand selling products online and across multiple marketplaces The ideal candidate should have independently handled daily dispatch operations and coordinated with internal teams warehouses and logistics partners Key Responsibilities End-to-end handling of the dispatch process Order to Delivery Managing dispatch for own website and marketplaces Amazon Flipkart Nykaa etc Order processing pick-pack-ship coordination Ensuring accurate invoicing labeling and packaging Coordination with courier logistics partners Tracking shipments and ensuring on-time delivery Handling RTOs returns and replacements Maintaining dispatch MIS and reports Ensuring compliance with SOPs and quality standards Required Skills Experience Minimum 3-5 years of dispatch experience in a beauty cosmetics or related company Strong knowledge of online marketplace order fulfillment Experience handling high-volume daily dispatch Familiarity with courier portals and ERP order management systems Good coordination and communication skills High attention to detail and process discipline Preferred Candidate Profile Experience in D2C beauty brands or cosmetic companies Ability to manage pressure during sales and peak periods Self-driven and operationally strong Salary Best in the industry based on experience and skills Job Types Full-time Permanent Perks Paid sick time Paid time off Provident Fund Work Location In person Job Types Full-time Fresher Pay 15 000 00 - 30 000 00 per month Benefits Paid sick time Paid time off Provident Fund Work Location In person
