Technical Project Coordinator - EdTech Platform Role Overview The Technical Coordinator will manage the technical and operational aspects of the EdTech platform ensuring smooth deployment maintenance and user experience Key Responsibilities Technical Responsibilities - Coordinate setup customization and maintenance of the LMS platform - Manage course uploads video hosting assessments certificates and progress tracking - Liaise with technology vendors and developers - Monitor platform performance security and scalability - Resolve technical issues related to access and content delivery - Support integrations payment gateways CRM analytics Operational Responsibilities - Coordinate with academic and content teams for course launches - Manage learner onboarding and access - Maintain SOPs documentation and user guides - Track platform usage and engagement - Act as first point of contact for technical queries - Test new features before deployment Qualifications Experience - Bachelor s degree in IT Computer Science Engineering or related field - 2-4 years experience in an EdTech or LMS environment - Experience with platforms like Moodle Canvas Blackboard Thinkific etc Technical Skills - LMS administration - Understanding of web technologies cloud hosting APIs - Analytics and reporting tools Job Types Full time Permanent Pay 30 000 00 - 50 000 00 per month Work Location In person
