The Barista cum Service Executive is responsible for preparing and serving beverages while also ensuring excellent table service and guest experience in the cafe This role requires a balance of technical coffee skills customer interaction and service efficiency Key Responsibilities Barista Duties Prepare and serve coffee and beverages as per standard recipes and quality guidelines Operate and maintain coffee machines and related equipment Ensure consistency in taste presentation and temperature Maintain cleanliness of the coffee counter and work area Monitor stock levels of coffee milk and barista supplies Service Duties Greet guests warmly and take orders accurately Serve food and beverages at the counter or tables as required Ensure tables service stations and dining areas are clean and presentable Coordinate with kitchen and pastry teams for timely service Handle basic customer queries and feedback politely Hygiene Compliance Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times Wear complete uniform and maintain personal grooming Adhere to opening closing and shift procedures Team Operations Support team members during peak hours Follow instructions from supervisors and management Report equipment issues or customer concerns promptly Skills Requirements Knowledge of coffee and beverage preparation Good communication skills Customer-focused attitude Ability to multitask in a quick-paced environment Willingness to work shifts weekends and holidays Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 18 000 00 - 20 000 00 per month Benefits Food provided Health insurance Paid time off Ability to commute relocate Thrissur Kerala Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work Required Education Higher Secondary 12th Pass Preferred Experience total work 1 year Preferred Barista 1 year Preferred Work Location In person
