Job Purpose The Finance Accounts Manager will be responsible for managing the company s financial operations accounting compliance budgeting and reporting functions The role ensures accurate financial records statutory compliance effective cash flow management and financial support for real estate projects Key Responsibilities - Manage day-to-day accounting operations including AP AR GL bank reconciliations and journal entries - Ensure timely monthly quarterly and annual closing of accounts - Prepare budgets forecasts MIS reports and cash flow projections - Ensure statutory compliance including GST TDS Income Tax PF ESI and audits - Handle project-wise accounting cost tracking customer billing and collections - Manage cash flow vendor payments and coordination with banks - Lead and supervise the finance and accounts team - Hands-on usage of Zoho Books for accounting GST compliance invoicing and MIS Qualifications Experience CA Inter CA CMA MBA Finance M Com CA Inter candidates with relevant real estate experience are encouraged to apply 6-10 years of relevant experience in finance and accounts preferably in the real estate or construction industry Hands-on experience with Zoho Books is mandatory This job description may be modified based on organizational requirements Job Type Full time Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Health insurance Leave encashment Paid sick time Provident Fund Job Types Full-time Permanent Work Location In person
