Teacher - The Little Titans Preschool Location ECIL Hyderabad Position Full time Mother Teacher About Us The Little Titans Preschool follows a blended curriculum inspired by the Finnish Montessori Reggio Emilia and NEP 2020 approaches We focus on hands-on learning exploration and building confident happy independent children Role Overview We are looking for a Mother Teacher who can take full responsibility for one classroom The teacher should be warm patient and able to guide children in their learning behaviour and daily routines Main Responsibilities Teach using play-based hands-on child-led methods Plan activities that match our blended curriculum Observe children closely and support their individual needs Create a safe loving and engaging classroom environment Communicate clearly with parents about their child s daily progress Work well with co-teachers aunties and the school team Take part in events celebrations and training sessions EligibilityRequired ECCE certification OR Knowledge experience in Montessori Reggio Emilia or other modern early learning methods Preferred Experience working in international or progressive preschools that follow activity-based child-led learning without exams or textbooks Not Preferred Teachers from traditional teaching backgrounds that rely mainly on rote learning dictation and worksheet-based teaching Additional Skills Good English communication Kind patient and child-friendly personality Creative and willing to learn new methods Comfortable using digital tools we use Kindiedays app Why Join Us Be part of a warm supportive all-women team Learn and grow with regular training in different teaching methods Work in a school that truly values joyful learning and child development Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 20 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Benefits Paid sick time Work Location In person
