COMPANY BRIEF Roswalt Realty focuses on creating spaces that reflect individuality guided by its philosophy in every project Rooted with over two decades of excellence in construction the company is led by Mr Shantanoo Rane a distinguished architect and member of the Council of Architecture Mumbai and the Indian Institute of Architects We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Executive with an accounts background to oversee and verify payments received from customers The ideal candidate will work closely with the accounts team to ensure accurate financial reconciliation maintain payment records and follow up on discrepancies in a timely manner Key Responsibilities Payment Verification Monitor and track all payments received from customers on a daily basis Reconciliation Verify payment details with the accounts team to ensure accuracy and timely entries in the system Coordination Liaise with internal departments like CRM and Sales to confirm payment status and resolve mismatches Reporting Maintain and update payment tracking sheets and generate daily weekly and monthly reports for management Documentation Ensure proper documentation and filing of payment proofs and related records Follow-ups Follow up with concerned teams for any discrepancies or missing payment details Requirement 2-4 years of relevant experience in payment handling reconciliation or accounting support Strong knowledge of basic accounting principles Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software e g Tally ERP etc Location - Bandra Job Types Full time Permanent Pay 40 000 00 - 50 000 00 per month Benefits Provident Fund Work Location In person
