1 Job Summary The Junior HR Executive will support day-to-day HR operations employee documentation recruitment activities attendance management and employee engagement initiatives The role involves assisting senior HR personnel in implementing HR policies and maintaining smooth HR functioning 2 Key ResponsibilitiesA Recruitment Onboarding Assist in posting job vacancies and screening resumes Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates Prepare offer letters appointment orders and onboarding documents Conduct joining formalities and maintain employee personnel files B Attendance Leave Management Monitor daily attendance and follow-up on discrepancies Maintain leave records and ensure timely updating in the HR system Coordinate with departments for shift schedules and attendance corrections C Employee Records Documentation Maintain and update employee master data Ensure all HR documents policies and forms are properly filed Assist in preparation of HR letters such as experience letters NOC ID cards etc D Payroll Support Compile attendance overtime and late-coming data for payroll processing Coordinate with accounts team for monthly salary inputs E HR Operations Compliance Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures Support statutory compliance documentation PF ESI etc Handle employee queries and provide timely support F Employee Engagement Communication Support HR events celebrations and welfare activities Assist in employee grievance handling and escalation to seniors 3 Skills Qualifications Bachelor s Master s degree in HR Management or related field 2 years of experience in HR operations Robust communication and interpersonal skills Knowledge of MS Office and basic HR systems Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle employee data responsibly CONTACT hr abiramihospital com (phone hidden) Job Type Full-time Pay 15 000 00 - 18 000 00 per month Work Location In person
