Sprinto is a leading platform that automates information security compliance By raising the bar on information security Sprinto ensures compliance healthy operational practices and the ability for businesses to grow and scale with unwavering confidence We are a team of 300 employees helping 2500 Customers across 75 Countries We are funded by top investment partners Accel ELEVATION Blume Ventures and have raised 31 8 Million USD in funding including our latest Series B round The Role - As we grow ensuring a consistent measurable and delightful audit experience for our customers is critical to the success of our customers as well as Sprinto s business We re looking for a Principal - Audits and Delivery Partnership to own and scale Sprinto s Audit Experience Program a critical customer- and partner-facing initiative that defines how audits are run partners are enabled and customers achieve fast frictionless compliance This is a high-impact cross-functional role that sits within the Customer Experience function with strong interfaces across Solutions Onboarding Customer Success Support Product and Sales You ll lead a team drive partner onboarding establish governance and shape how audits are delivered at scale with an eye on innovation and automation including AI-assisted audit experiences What will you own End-to-end accountability for the Audit Lifecycle for both customers and auditors Lead a team of InfoSec and Audit specialists to deliver consistently excellent audit outcomes Onboard manage and scale Sprinto s partner network audit firms and implementation partners Set and enforce quality standards and governance weekly reviews SLAs retrospectives Define and track core KPIs like Audit TTV Audit Success Rate Audit Experience Score Build repeatable playbooks for audit planning execution and ongoing engagement Identify and remove bottlenecks across teams tools and workflows to improve audit velocity and experience What we re looking for 6 years of experience in Information Security Compliance and Audit management Strong understanding of compliance frameworks such as SOC2 ISO27001 ISO27701 PCI-DSS etc Operational excellence experience building and scaling programs processes Experience managing teams and driving cross-functional outcomes Prior experience working with customers and partners globally A tech-forward mindset excited by how AI and automation can transform audits Excellent communicator able to drive clarity alignment and execution across functions Perks - Remote First Policy 5 Days Working With FLEXI Hours Group Medical Insurance Parents Spouse Children Group Accident Cover Company Sponsored Device Education Reimbursement Policy
