We are seeking an experienced Accounts Executive to join our finance team specifically with a background in the construction industry The ideal candidate will handle the full spectrum of accounting operations ensure statutory compliance and support audits with precision and timeliness Roles Responsibilities 1 Accounting Operations o Handle end-to-end accounting including journal entries general ledger maintenance and account reconciliations o Manage day-to-day bookkeeping and ensure systematic maintenance of accounting records 2 Tally Prime Proficiency o Use Tally Prime extensively for data entry invoice booking ledger updates and reconciliation of accounts 3 Reconciliations Cash Management o Conduct bank reconciliations vendor and customer reconciliations o Handle vendor payments accounts receivable and petty cash management 4 Statutory Compliance o Ensure compliance with accounting standards GST and TDS regulations o Maintain records and file returns accurately and on time 5 TDS Management o Strong knowledge of TDS including deduction payment return filing and issuing TDS certificates 6 GST Expertise o Strong understanding of GST covering registration invoicing input tax credit ITC return filing and compliance requirements 7 Audit Support o Assist in internal and external audits by preparing schedules and responding to audit queries Key Skills Required Proficiency in Tally Prime Hands-on experience with Google Drive and MS Office Excel Word Expertise in bookkeeping ledger maintenance and data reconciliation Strong command of accounting principles and standards Ind AS AS Excellent communication and analytical skills Ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines Deep understanding of GST and TDS procedures and related filings Education Experience Qualification B Com Bachelor of Commerce Experience Minimum 3 to 5 years of accounting experience in the construction industry Preferred Attributes Familiarity with construction project accounting Knowledge of contract billing and retention accounting Drop Your CV s malathy ksv co in Contact Malathy - HR (phone hidden) Job Types Full time Permanent Pay 18 000 00 - 24 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Leave encashment Paid sick time Provident Fund Schedule Day shift Supplemental Pay Yearly bonus Work Location In person
