ELMECH Engineers is looking for a Project Engineer Mechanical with strong site execution experience and working knowledge of structural and electrical coordination The role is primarily site-based in Odisha and West Bengal Key Responsibilities Execute and supervise site activities as per approved drawings Coordinate structural and electrical works at site Prepare read and update drawings using AutoCAD Manpower management and daily work allocation at site Planning and utilization of resources in a cost-effective manner Client coordination for work progress approvals and issues Ensure work completion as per quality safety and timeline Daily site reporting and coordination with HO project team Required Skills Experience Good knowledge of mechanical structural and basic electrical works AutoCAD proficiency Strong experience in site execution supervision Effective manpower handling and site coordination skills Ability to work independently at site and handle pressure Good communication and problem-solving skills Qualification Diploma B Tech in Mechanical Engineering Experience 3-7 years in project site engineering Industrial projects preferred Job Type Full-time Job Types Full time Permanent Pay 15 244 13 - 52 632 23 per month Benefits Health insurance Leave encashment Paid sick time Provident Fund Work Location In person
