The San Francisco Chronicle has recognized Nextpower Nasdaq NXT as one of the Top Workplaces Join our growing team This is a hybrid role 4 days week in office at our Hi-Tech City Hyderabad We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated ERP Record-to-Report R2R Techno-Functional Lead to manage the design delivery and support of Nextpower s global finance and accounting processes This is a strategic role responsible for partnering with Finance Accounting and corporate teams to implement and optimize ERP systems that enable operational growth efficiency and financial compliance The ideal candidate combines hands-on ERP technical expertise with deep functional knowledge of R2R processes in a project-based discrete manufacturing environment captive and outsourced Strong experience with ERP platforms specifically Oracle Fusion Cloud or SAP and Finance Accounting modules is required As we continue our ERP transformation journey this individual will lead the full project lifecycle from discovery through implementation stabilization and continuous improvement in the R2R functional area Key Responsibilities Lead ERP R2R Implementations Provide technical leadership and functional guidance for Oracle Fusion Cloud or SAP Finance modules GL AP AR FA CM Drive process definition configuration testing rollout and adoption Partner with Stakeholders Collaborate with Finance leadership system integrators and ERP vendors to document current-state processes define future-state designs and create detailed use cases for R2R Solution Architecture Configuration Define and configure ERP modules for General Ledger Accounts Payable Accounts Receivable Fixed Assets Cash Management and Intercompany processes Ensure compliance with corporate tax and statutory requirements across regions Configure extend and support ERP R2R modules build and troubleshoot customizations reports extensions and interfaces Support reporting and analytics requirements Close Reporting Optimization Lead initiatives to shorten month-end close cycles improve reconciliations and standardize reporting Implement best practices in financial consolidation and reporting System Optimization Rollouts Recommend solutions for system gaps design phased rollout strategies and lead R2R tracks through discovery CRPs integration data conversion UAT and deployment Integration Leadership Work with internal development and integration teams to design test and deploy interfaces with CRM Supply Chain Treasury and external reporting systems Data Migration Develop strategies for migrating master data and financial balances into ERP ensuring integrity accuracy and smooth cutover Governance Controls Establish configure and enforce governance and audit controls for our core ERP system Work with SOX and Internal Audit team to design ground-up financial and IT controls within the new ERP Innovation Stay current with emerging technologies including Generative AI and Agentic AI to identify automation opportunities in close reporting and compliance processes Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Accounting Finance Computer Science Engineering or a related field Master s preferred 15 years of IT Finance systems experience with ERP expertise Oracle EBS Oracle Fusion Cloud or SAP 10 years of hands-on experience with Finance R2R modules GL AP AR FA CM Intercompany Strong functional knowledge of end-to-end R2R processes including month-end close reconciliations consolidations and reporting Experience integrating ERP systems with external financial systems Treasury Tax Audit BI Reporting G Treasury and Avalara software knowledge is desirable Proven leadership in managing ERP transformation programs and cross-functional Finance IT teams Excellent project management communication and stakeholder engagement skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced global and highly team-oriented environment Preferred Qualifications CPA CMA or other finance accounting certifications Experience in renewable energy manufacturing or high-tech industries Familiarity with PLM SCM or BI tools that integrate with ERP financials Certifications such as PMP Six Sigma or ERP vendor credentials Oracle SAP At Nextpower we are driving the global energy transition with an integrated clean energy technology platform that combines intelligent structural electrical and digital solutions for utility-scale power plants Our comprehensive portfolio enables faster project delivery higher performance and greater reliability helping our customers capture the full value of solar power Our talented worldwide teams are redefining how solar power plants are designed built and operated every day with smart technology data-driven insights and advanced automation Together we re building the foundation for the world s next generation of clean energy infrastructure We are Nextpower
