Job description A site supervisor is responsible for overseeing and managing construction sites and ensuring that projects are completed on time within budget and according to specifications Job responsibilities typically include supervising construction workers coordinating and scheduling activities monitoring project progress ensuring compliance with safety regulations resolving issues and conflicts and communicating with project managers clients and other stakeholders Site supervisors also manage equipment and materials maintain records and documentation and conduct quality control checks Ensure men material and machine availability at all times in assigned projects Ensure proper security measures for store and site Bachelor s degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering 1- 6 years of hands-on experience in interior fit-out projects preferably in commercial retail or residential sectors Proven track record of managing in office execution vendor coordination and quality control Experience working on multi-location projects across different states is highly desirable Job Type Full-time Pay 20 000 00 - 30 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Provident Fund Work Location In person
