About Us VeSure Tech is a fast-growing SaaS company focused on delivering innovative software solutions that empower businesses to grow We are looking for a creative result-driven Social Media Manager to take our social media presence to the next level Role Overview We are seeking a passionate Social Media Manager who can not only manage but own our social media strategy You will be responsible for creating trends generating engaging content planning campaigns and driving overall social media growth Key Responsibilities Develop implement and manage our social media strategy aligned with business goals Plan and execute content calendars across all platforms Instagram LinkedIn X YouTube Shorts Reels TikTok etc Create engaging on-camera content and trending reels to increase engagement and followers Write compelling ad copies and captions that convert Stay ahead of social media trends viral content and platform updates to set trends rather than follow Monitor analyze and report on performance metrics and provide actionable insights Collaborate with the marketing team to integrate social media campaigns with overall brand strategy Build and grow a loyal community and actively engage with followers Take ownership of social media growth KPIs including reach engagement and follower growth Requirements Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role Solid knowledge of social media platforms trends and algorithms Excellent content creation skills including video production editing and on-camera presence Strong copywriting and storytelling ability Creative thinker with a passion for viral content and trend creation Analytical mindset with ability to interpret metrics and suggest improvements Familiarity with social media tools Canva CapCut Premiere Pro Buffer Hootsuite Meta Ads Manager etc Self-motivated proactive and able to work independently Nice-to-Have Experience with paid social media campaigns Experience in SaaS Tech industry Experience 2-5 years in social media marketing SaaS Tech preferred Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 40 000 00 - 50 000 00 per month Benefits Provident Fund Work Location In person
