About the Role We re looking for a Graphic Designer with solid AI skills who can move fast think visually and bring bold brand ideas to life This role is heavily focused on social media creatives short-form video assets and packaging design using both traditional design tools and AI platforms like Seedream If you love experimenting with AI trends and design systems this is for you Key Responsibilities Design high-impact social media posters for Instagram TikTok Meta ads and website banners Create AI-assisted reels short-form video visuals static-to-motion transitions visual hooks Develop packaging designs for FMCG products chips bars beverages boxes jars etc Use AI tools Seedream Midjourney Runway Firefly etc to Generate lifestyle visuals backgrounds Create product mockups and scene compositions Speed up creative iterations Maintain brand consistency across all creatives Work closely with the marketing content team to execute campaign visuals Adapt creatives quickly based on feedback performance and trends Required Skills Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop Illustrator After Effects is a plus Hands-on experience with AI design tools Seedream is mandatory Good understanding of social media formats trends and Gen-Z visual language Experience in packaging design print-ready files dielines mockups Ability to work fast and manage multiple creatives at once Solid eye for colour typography composition and branding Nice to Have Experience in FMCG D2C food brands Basic video editing or motion graphics skills Understanding of performance creatives ads vs organic content Familiarity with 3D mockups or AI video tools What We re Looking For Someone who thinks visually and experimentally Comfortable using AI as a core part of the workflow not a gimmick Detail-oriented but fast Open to feedback and iteration Startup mindset flexible proactive and hands-on Job Type Full-time Pay 40 000 00 - 50 000 00 per month
