We are looking for an enthusiastic and goal-oriented Career Counselor to join our growing team This role is ideal for freshers preferably with internship experience in sales counseling or EdTech who are passionate about helping students choose the right career path while working in a target-driven environment Key Responsibilities Counsel prospective students and parents about academic programs courses and career opportunities Handle inbound and outbound calls leads and inquiries generated through marketing campaigns Understand student needs and recommend suitable courses programs Build trust and maintain robust relationships with students throughout the admission process Follow up with interested candidates to convert leads into enrollments Achieve daily weekly and monthly admission targets Maintain accurate records of calls follow-ups and conversions in CRM Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding of students Eligibility Criteria Freshers are welcome to apply Internship experience in career counseling inside sales EdTech or customer handling is a plus Graduate in any discipline preferred Strong interest in sales counseling and student interaction Mandatory Skills Fluent English communication is mandatory spoken written Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills Good listening and problem-solving abilities Willingness to work in a performance-driven environment What We Offer Fixed salary attractive performance-based incentives Training and on-the-job learning Clear career growth opportunities Professional and supportive work culture Work Details Work from Office Monday to Saturday working Job Types Full-time Fresher Pay 20 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Work Location In person
