Company Description Welcome to Vinayak Sales Corporation We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven individual to join our team as a Site Supervisor for our Vinayak Honda This role is pivotal in achieving and exceeding our sales targets while providing exceptional customer service Qualifications And Skills Proven experience as a Site Foreman or similar role with 4 to 6 years of experience in construction management Excellent knowledge of construction processes techniques and materials Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with a diverse team Solid understanding of safety regulations and procedures and the ability to enforce them on-site Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities Ability to read and interpret project plans blueprints and other construction documents Proficiency in using construction equipment and tools Good physical stamina and the ability to work in various weather conditions Excellent time management and organizational skills Valid driver s license Roles And Responsibilities Coordinate and manage all in office construction activities to ensure projects are completed on time within budget and according to specifications Oversee the work of subcontractors and other construction workers and ensure compliance with safety regulations Review project plans and blueprints and identify any discrepancies or issues that may arise Monitor construction progress and provide regular updates to the project manager Resolve any conflicts or disputes that may occur during the course of the project Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to project specifications Prepare and submit daily progress reports including any issues or concerns Manage and maintain all construction equipment and tools and ensure they are in good working condition Collaborate with the project manager to develop and implement work schedules and timelines Train and mentor junior construction workers and provide guidance and instructions as needed Desired Skills and Experience Knowledge of construction Leadership Team Management Project Coordination site forman Construction background Join us at Vinayak Sales Corporation and be part of a dynamic team dedicated to driving success and exceeding expectations in the pump industry Note- Salary will be based on your experience last ctc and your interview Job Type Full-time Pay 8 000 00 - 10 000 00 per month Application Question s Are you interested in Engineering field Education Higher Secondary 12th Pass Required Experience total work 4 years Preferred Language English Required Assamese Required License Certification Driving Licence Required Willingness to travel 25 Preferred Work Location In person
