Key Responsibilities Supervise and manage the production team on the shop floor Ensure daily production targets are achieved as per schedule Monitor machine operations and ensure all equipment functions smoothly Maintain quality standards and ensure products meet company specifications Implement safety rules and ensure workers follow all safety protocols Coordinate with maintenance teams for timely repair of machines Prepare daily production reports and share with management Train new workers and guide existing staff for better performance Manage shift planning manpower allocation and workflow Identify process improvement opportunities to reduce waste and increase efficiency Ensure proper housekeeping and 5S practices inside the plant Required Skills Qualifications Graduated 1 years of experience as a Supervisor in a manufacturing production setting Good communication and team-handling skills Ability to work in shifts and handle pressure situations Basic computer knowledge MS Excel ERP preferred Strong understanding of safety and quality standards Job Type Full-time Pay 10 000 00 - 15 000 00 per month Benefits Food provided Provident Fund Work Location In person
