Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and service-oriented F B Captain to oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure exceptional guest service The ideal candidate will supervise the service team maintain high standards of food and beverage quality and ensure smooth coordination between guests staff and management Key Responsibilities Supervise and guide the service team during operations to ensure excellent guest experiences Greet guests manage seating arrangements and handle special requests professionally Ensure all service standards hygiene and safety protocols are strictly followed Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to maintain timely and accurate order delivery Assist in training new staff and conducting daily briefings Monitor table settings cleanliness and overall dining ambiance Handle guest complaints effectively and ensure customer satisfaction Manage inventory of cutlery glassware and service equipment Support in planning and executing events banquets and promotions Ensure proper billing and cash-handling procedures are followed Report operational issues and feedback to the F B Supervisor Manager Required Skills Qualifications Minimum 2-4 years of experience in Food Beverage service preferably in hotels or fine dining Strong knowledge of F B service standards menu items and beverage pairing Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to lead train and motivate a team Good understanding of POS systems and billing procedures Solid organizational and multitasking abilities Professional grooming and a customer-centric attitude Preferred Skills Certification or diploma in Hotel Management or Hospitality Experience in handling events banquets Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards Ability to resolve conflicts and handle pressure Personal Attributes Leadership mindset with strong attention to detail Positive attitude and strong work ethic Ability to remain calm under pressure Strong sense of responsibility and commitment to guest satisfaction Job Type Full-time Pay 15 000 00 - 20 000 00 per month Work Location In person
