AI Architect Generative AI Architect - Team Lead Location Chennai Tamil Nadu India Experience 10 - 15 Years Overall 5 Years in AI Gen AI About the Role We are seeking a highly experienced and visionary AI Architect Generative AI Architect to lead our core AI initiatives in Chennai This is a critical leadership and technical role responsible for defining the architecture and strategy for our next generation of AI products particularly those utilizing Generative AI technologies You will directly manage and mentor a minimum team of seven 7 highly skilled engineers and developers MOQ 7 Key ResponsibilitiesArchitectural Leadership Design Implement Architect design and oversee the implementation of scalable reliable and secure AI ML and Generative AI solutions from proof-of-concept to full-scale production Strategy Define the technical roadmap select appropriate technologies frameworks cloud platforms tools and set architectural standards for the AI vertical MLOps Excellence Establish and enforce robust MLOps practices for model development training versioning deployment monitoring and continuous improvement across all projects Team Management Execution Team Lead MOQ 7 Serve as the technical lead and manager for a minimum team of seven providing mentorship guidance and performing technical reviews to ensure timely and quality delivery Collaboration Work closely with product managers business stakeholders and engineering teams to translate complex business needs into clear executable technical requirements Innovation Stay current with the rapidly evolving Generative AI landscape LLMs RAG foundation models and drive the adoption of creative technologies Qualifications Skills Mandatory Overall Experience 10 to 15 years of professional experience in software engineering data science or technology architecture Mandatory AI Gen AI Experience A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in AI and Machine Learning with a demonstrable focus on Generative AI Technical Deep Dive Deep expertise in architecting solutions using Large Language Models LLMs fine-tuning techniques and Retrieval-Augmented Generation RAG architecture Cloud Proficiency Hands-on experience with major cloud AI ML platforms e g AWS SageMaker Google Vertex AI Azure ML Core Skills Strong proficiency in Python and standard data science libraries along with solid knowledge of microservices APIs and system security principles Leadership Proven ability to manage mentor and lead technical teams effectively Job Type Full-time Pay 2 500 000 00 - 5 500 000 00 per year Work Location In person
