We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Telecaller to join our team in Delhi The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills a positive attitude and the ability to handle customer queries efficiently As a Telecaller you will play a key role in generating leads reaching out to potential clients and supporting our team by providing essential information and addressing customer concerns Key Responsibilities Customer Outreach Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to inform them about our products and services Handle inbound inquiries from customers and provide necessary information Follow up on leads and maintain relationships with clients to drive sales Lead Generation Generate and convert leads into potential customers by explaining the features and benefits of our offerings Meet daily weekly and monthly targets for customer calls and conversions Data Management Maintain accurate records of customer interactions follow-ups and feedback using CRM software Update customer databases and ensure all information is up-to-date Problem Solving Address customer queries concerns and complaints in a timely and professional manner Escalate issues to the appropriate departments if necessary Reporting Provide regular feedback on customer responses sales leads and call outcomes to the team lead or manager Prepare and submit daily weekly call reports as required Key Skills and Qualifications Proven experience as a telecaller telemarketer or in a similar customer service role Excellent communication skills in Positive listening skills with the ability to handle objections and persuade clients Basic knowledge of MS Office Word Excel Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Positive attitude ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Sales-driven mindset with a focus on achieving targets Job Type Full-time Pay Up to 20 000 00 per month Work Location In person
