FMCG Industry Profile - Sortex Operator Qualification - 12th ITI Diploma any Graduate Experience - 2 years in manufacturing industry Salary - Upto 3 Lac CTC Location - Merta City Naugaur Raj Key Responsibilities Operate and monitor the Sortex Optical Sorting machine during production Ensure proper machine settings as per product quality requirements Identify and remove defective contaminated items foreign particles and impurities Perform routine checks and adjustments to maintain consistent output Maintain cleanliness and hygiene around the machine as per FMCG food safety standards HACCP GMP FSSAI Conduct regular preventive maintenance and report any mechanical electrical issues Coordinate with the Quality Control team to ensure compliance with product quality standards Record daily production reports machine logs and downtime details Follow all safety protocols and ensure secure machine operation Support continuous improvement activities to optimize efficiency and reduce wastage Job Type Full-time Pay 23 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Work Location In person
