Job Summary We are looking for a Billing Executive with 2-3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment The ideal candidate should be well-versed in preparing and managing invoices and dispatch-related documents coordinating with logistics and maintaining accurate records Key Responsibilities Invoice Dispatch Documentation Prepare and issue accurate sales and job work invoices Generate all necessary dispatch-related documents including PDI reports delivery challans test certificates TCs e-way bills packing lists weighment slips and export labels as required Ensure all documents reflect correct pricing quantity taxes and customer-specific requirements Record Keeping Maintain accurate and organized records of invoices and dispatch documents in compliance with statutory and internal policies Ensure all documentation is audit-ready and up to date Logistics Coordinate with the logistics dispatch team to ensure smooth and timely dispatch of materials Systems Accounting Communication Operate Tally Prime for billing accounting entries and voucher management Should have a working understanding of debit credit GST and basic accounting principles Proficient in MS Excel Word and Outlook for reporting data handling and effective communication with customers and internal teams Education Graduate in Commerce or related field preferred Experience 2-3 years in billing dispatch in a manufacturing setup Skill Requirements Knowledge of Tally Prime is Mandatory -Advance Level Strong knowledge of MS Excel Word and Emails is mandatory Understanding of GST E-way bills and dispatch procedures Good communication and coordination skills Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation Flexible and willing to work extended hours when required Location The candidate should reside within a commutable distance from the factory location -Taloja MIDC Male Candidate Preferred Job Type Full-time Pay 17 000 00 - 28 000 00 per month Perks Provident Fund Application Question s What is your current CTC What is your Expected CTC Are you willing to travel to Taloja Work Location In person
