Job description About company A Neo-Lending Conglomerate here to enable India s credit growth story Credit Saison India emboldened by our Global MNC parent is here to accelerate India s credit growth story by building a Technology-Led Neo-Lending Conglomerate Across our verticals we offer bespoke solutions to meet the various credit needs of Individuals SMEs FinTech s and NBFCs Credit Saison India CS India having been founded in 2018 operates under the registered name Kisetsu Saison Finance India Private Limited as an MNC subsidiary of its parent company Credit SaisonCo Ltd in Japan Across our various business verticals like Wholesale Financing Co-origination Financing Consumer Financing and SME Financing we look towards reaching resilient Assets Under Management AUM of US1bn in record time More about us on https www creditsaison in Key Responsibilities 1 Property Legal Compliance Sound knowledge of state-wise property laws local bylaws and regulatory requirements Review Title Search Reports TSR title deeds and chain documents of immovable properties 2 Legal Due Diligence Liaison Coordinate with external legal counsel for title search reports legal opinions and property documentation Ensure transparent and marketable title of properties offered as collateral 3 Field Branch Coordination Travel to locations branches for physical verification legal checks and dispute resolution as needed 4 Legal MIS Documentation Maintain Legal MIS tracking cases legal vetting and documentation Ensure compliance with internal legal policies and external regulatory norms 5 Process Policy Implementation Assist in drafting and implementing legal policies in coordination with the credit team Contribute to process improvements and policy frameworks related to lending security documentation Desired Candidate Profile LLB qualified with 4-5 years of experience in Banks NBFCs Strong understanding of property laws mortgage documentation and title scrutiny Ability to liaise with lawyers local authorities and internal teams Willingness to travel as per business needs Local candidates immediate joiners preferred
