We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Senior Manufacturing Engineer with over 10 years of experience to lead process improvements and drive operational excellence The ideal candidate will bring solid technical expertise a continuous improvement mindset and the flexibility to operate in dynamic production settings This role involves up to 30 travel primarily domestic with occasional international trips Key Responsibilities Drive productivity quality and safety through end-to-end manufacturing process enhancements Lead Lean Six Sigma and other continuous improvement initiatives Collaborate across departments to support new product introductions and lifecycle management Manage capital projects including planning equipment installation and validation Use data and KPIs to analyze performance and optimize processes Maintain and update SOPs and work instructions Ensure adherence to industry standards and internal policies Qualifications Bachelor s in mechanical or manufacturing engineering Master s preferred 10 years of experience in manufacturing ideally with exposure to heading heat treatment grinding and inspection Proven track record in cost reduction waste elimination and process optimization Skilled in CAD ERP systems and data analysis tools Lean Six Sigma or PMP certification Job Type Full-time Pay 5 000 000 00 - 7 000 000 00 per year Application Question s Do you have experience of a manufacturing environment preferably with heading heat treatment injection molding grinding and inspection processes How many years of end-to-end manufacturing experience do you have Do you have a certification in Lean Six Sigma or PMP Willingness to travel 25 Required Work Location In person
