We are looking for a Purchase Executive responsible for managing end-to-end procurement activities The role includes sourcing suppliers negotiating prices issuing purchase orders and ensuring timely delivery of materials as per company requirements The candidate must ensure cost efficiency quality standards and proper documentation Key Responsibilities Identify evaluate and develop reliable suppliers and vendors Obtain quotations and negotiate prices terms and delivery schedules Prepare and issue Purchase Orders PO as per approved requirements Ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials to site store Coordinate with site store accounts and project teams for material requirements Verify supplier invoices with PO GRN and delivery challans Maintain proper purchase records vendor data and documentation Monitor material quality and ensure compliance with specifications Track market prices and suggest cost-saving opportunities Resolve supplier issues related to shortages delays or quality Ensure adherence to company policies budget and procurement procedures Support audit and compliance requirements related to procurement Skills Requriments - Diploma Bachelor s degree in Supply Chain Commerce or related field Experience in construction or project-based procurement preferred Good negotiation and communication skills Knowledge of GST basic billing and documentation Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple suppliers Job Types Full time Permanent Fresher Pay 15 000 00 - 20 000 00 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Commuter assistance Internet reimbursement Leave encashment Life insurance Paid sick time Paid time off Provident Fund Work Location In person
