Nichestays Hospitality is looking for an experienced Civil Engineer to manage and execute construction projects at our hospitality properties in Munnar and Thekkady The role requires hands-on involvement at the site level strong coordination skills and the ability to independently handle projects from start to finish Responsibilities Plan supervise and execute construction and renovation projects Manage daily site activities and ensure work is completed as per drawings and timelines Coordinate with contractors vendors architects and internal teams Ensure quality control safety standards and material management at site Monitor project costs and optimize resources Prepare reports on project progress and site issues Handle project execution independently with minimal supervision Requirements B Tech Diploma in Civil Engineering Minimum 7 years experience in major construction projects Strong site management and coordination skills Willingness to work at root level and stay in office when required Experience in hospitality resort or villa projects is a plus Good communication and problem-solving skills How to Apply Send your CV to agm nichestays in Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 40 000 00 - 60 000 00 per month Experience Civil engineering 5 years Preferred Work Location In person
