Job Summary We are looking for a energetic and result-oriented Sales Officer for our Ready Mix Concrete plant The candidate will be responsible for new order generation customer code creation regular follow-up of orders payment collection and maintaining complete sales records of the assigned territory Key Responsibilities Sales Order GenerationGenerate new business orders for Ready Mix Concrete from contractors builders developers and infrastructure projects Identify new customers and new project opportunities within the assigned territory Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets as assigned by management Customer ManagementCreate and maintain customer codes as per company process Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers Coordinate with plant dispatch and quality teams to ensure smooth order execution Order Follow-upRegular follow-up for new and existing orders to ensure timely supply Monitor order status dispatch schedules and customer satisfaction Resolve customer issues related to quantity quality and delivery in coordination with internal teams Payment CollectionFollow up for timely payment collection from customers Ensure adherence to approved credit limits and payment terms Coordinate with accounts department for outstanding and overdue payments Territory Management ReportingMaintain complete records of customers orders collections and market feedback for the assigned territory Submit daily weekly monthly sales and collection reports to management Track competitor activities pricing and market trends Key Skills Requirements Experience in Ready Mix Concrete Construction Materials sales preferred Good communication and negotiation skills Knowledge of local construction market and contractors Ability to work independently in the field Basic computer knowledge Excel reporting ERP CRM preferred Two-wheeler with valid driving license Experience Qualification Minimum 2-5 years of experience in RMC cement building material sales preferred Graduate Diploma Civil Engineering preferred but not mandatory Salary Benefits Competitive salary as per industry standards Performance-based incentives Travel allowance fuel reimbursement Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 11 800 45 - 30 000 00 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Provident Fund Work Location In person
