About Us Physique 57 is a growing fitness company that operates nine upscale full-service exercise studios in the United States and internationally and a thriving video on demand platform The company offers a unique specialized exercise experience that has captured the attention of women worldwide Since its inception the company has developed a lifestyle brand that represents service quality expertise innovation attention to detail market leadership and results With studios in New York City the Hamptons Beverley Hills Philadelphia and several international licensed locations along with our video on demand platform Physique 57 continues to attract an expanding global fan base In support of our outstanding customer focus our staff - at all levels of the organization - is team oriented entrepreneurial ambitious and dedicated to delivering quality each and every day We are currently seeking an outgoing and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Full Time Client Services Sales Associate CST at our newest studio locations in Mumbai Bengaluru India The Full Time Client Services Sales Associate CST is a front-line business driver and brand ambassador of Physique 57 Under the direction of the Head of Sales Client Servicing CST s must exhibit keen knowledge of our products services and merchandise in order to deliver luxury customer service while maximizing studio sales Responsibilities Provide top level concierge and reception service to clients Perform essential daily studio tasks and projects including checking clients into class maintaining luxury studio look and feel assisting clients with package selection etc Maintain a positive attitude and represent the organization and its values in a positive way Provide support to Instructors and work as a team with all other staff members Assist with the training and coaching of new hires for the Client Services Team as needed Maintain product knowledge for all studio retail operations Uphold company brand standards in terms of studio look and feel client service and company culture Actively contribute to companies topline revenue through achieving predetermined sales targets Qualifications Must be available to work 6 days per week including either Saturdays or Sundays Capacity to work a flexible schedule including weekends nights early mornings and holidays 0-2 year of customer service sales experience Love of fitness and wellness Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong computer skills Superior problem solving and multi-tasking abilities Strong work ethic Ability to work both independently and in a team environment Job Type Full time Pay 350 000 00 - 500 000 00 per year Benefits Health insurance Life insurance Paid sick time Paid time off Provident Fund Work Location In person
