Position Profile Weaver is looking for talented Tax professionals at the Supervisor level candidate to join our growing firm The Candidate should be a team player who exhibits initiative accepts responsibility communicates effectively and manages multiple concurrent assignments of varying sizes and complexity As this role is provisions-focused the candidate should have a strong work ethic and be a self-starter and understand that the busy season for work often differs from a typical tax busy season To be successful in this role the following qualifications are required Bachelor s degree in accounting 6 or 6 years of public accounting experience Proficient in CCH Axcess Prosystem Fx Engagement Gofile room Experience in Preparing Reviewing federal tax returns -Partnership and Corporate returns Team orientation and strong interpersonal skills Independent training and self-development including researching and self-involving based on available resources Fluent writing and verbal skills in English including grammatical accuracy Willing to work in office with team members and managers Problem solving skills and able to work independently successfully Ability to grasp recent concepts Able to work flexible hours when key client or team meetings are needed Proficiency in Microsoft Office Word Excel Outlook Teams PowerPoint Additionally the following qualifications are preferred Master s degree in accounting or related field is preferred EA CPA CPA candidate CA or CA candidate Knowledge experience of Manufacturing Professional Service Construction Healthcare industry along with knowledge in Tax Journal entries knowledge Tax adjustments Strong knowledge of excel and formula usage wherever applicable WeaverIndia
