Key Responsibilities Achieve budgeted operational targets and defined KPIs for the project Ensure strict adherence to safety standards and drive timely closure of identified safety actions Assist in developing promoting and implementing recent waste disposal and treatment schemes Ensure compliance with applicable legislation related to transportation handling treatment and disposal of industrial waste Collect compile and analyze operational data and statistics to optimize plant performance Monitor quality efficiency and performance of waste management services Manage contracts and performance of external service providers and vendors Coordinate with internal teams contractors and stakeholders for smooth project execution Support Project Head and Corporate Office through regular reporting and governance Key Competencies Knowledge of industrial waste management practices regulations and standards Planning resource management contract management and stakeholder coordination Data analysis operational optimization and risk mitigation Teamwork planning organizing problem-solving and execution excellence Qualification Experience B Tech in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering Minimum 8 years of experience in Industrial Waste Management Environmental Operations or Process Industry projects January 23 2026
