Plant Head - Legal Associate Company Avience Biomedicals Limited Department Legal Reporting To Managing Director Employment Type Full time About the Company Avience Biomedicals Limited is an ISO GMP-certified organization engaged in manufacturing IVD products medical devices biomedical consumables and laboratory solutions compliant with Indian MDR-2017 ISO-13485 FDA and other global regulatory standards Role Summary We are looking for a Legal Associate who will personally handle court matters especially cases related to recovery of delayed payments from clients and support the company on legal compliance and documentation Key Responsibilities Appear before courts and legal authorities for recovery cheque bounce and commercial cases Draft and file legal notices pleadings replies affidavits and other court documents Track case status hearings and coordinate with external counsels when required Draft review and vet contracts agreements NDAs and legal documents Advise management on legal risks and ensure compliance with applicable laws Coordinate with internal teams and maintain basic legal records and MIS Qualifications Skills LL B with active license to practice Experience in litigation and recovery matters preferred Strong drafting court-handling and communication skills Experience 2-6 years litigation exposure preferred freshers with court experience may be considered Job Type Full-time Pay 18 000 00 - 35 000 00 per month Application Question s What is your current CTC per month What is your expected CTC per month Where do you stay Willingness to travel 75 Required Work Location In person
