- Client Relationship Executive Company Zero Gravity - Alpha Designs Job Location Chennai Experience Fresher - 2 Years Job Summary Zero Gravity - Alpha Designs is looking for a proactive and customer-focused Client Relationship Executive to manage client communication coordinate album layout requirements and ensure smooth project execution The role involves handling photographers and studios understanding their design needs and maintaining long-term relationships while ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction Key Responsibilities Client Coordination Relationship Management Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding album leaf layout requirements Understand client preferences design briefs revisions and timelines Maintain strong relationships to ensure repeat and referral business Project Workflow Coordination Coordinate with designers and internal teams for smooth project execution Track project status and ensure timely delivery as per client commitments Follow up with clients for approvals corrections and final confirmations Communication Support Handle client queries feedback and minor escalations professionally Ensure transparent communication between clients and internal teams Provide regular updates to clients on project progress Data Reporting Maintain client details project records and follow-ups in CRM or tracking sheets Assist in basic reporting related to orders revisions and client feedback Required Skills Qualifications Any Graduate Diploma Design background is a plus not mandatory Fresher to 2 years of experience in client handling CRM or coordination roles Good communication skills Tamil English preferred Basic computer knowledge MS Excel Email WhatsApp Ability to multitask and handle multiple clients projects simultaneously Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 18 000 00 - 22 000 00 per month Benefits Paid sick time Paid time off Work Location In person
