We are looking for a ITI Fresher or one year Experienced candidate 1 Production Operations Operate and supervise PVD coating machines Plan and execute daily production schedules as per work orders Ensure correct coating parameters vacuum temperature gas flow thickness Achieve production targets with minimum downtime and rework Verify pre-treatment and post-treatment processes cleaning blasting inspection 2 Quality Control Ensure coatings meet customer specifications and quality standards Conduct in-process inspections and final quality checks Coordinate with Quality team for defect analysis and corrective actions Maintain coating records batch reports and inspection logs 3 Equipment Maintenance Perform routine checks and basic preventive maintenance of PVD systems Identify machine abnormalities and report breakdowns immediately Coordinate with maintenance team for corrective and preventive actions Ensure proper handling of targets fixtures and consumables Job Types Full-time Permanent Fresher Pay 192 000 00 - 240 000 00 per year Perks Food provided Health insurance Paid sick time Provident Fund Work Location In person
