Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Female Tele-Caller to join our educational institute s team The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential students via telephone to provide information about our institute s programs and services answer inquiries and ultimately convert inquiries into enrollments The candidate should possess excellent communication skills a persuasive demeanor and a passion for education Responsibilities Conduct outbound calls to prospective students who have shown interest in our institute s programs Provide accurate information about our institute programs courses fees and admission procedures Answer incoming inquiries from potential students via phone calls emails and other communication channels Maintain a polite and professional demeanor during all interactions with prospective students Listen to students needs and concerns address their questions effectively and provide appropriate solutions Follow up with prospective students who have shown interest but have not yet enrolled Keep detailed records of interactions with prospective students in the database Meet or exceed monthly enrollment targets set by the institute Collaborate with the admissions team to ensure smooth enrollment processes for students Stay updated on industry trends competitor offerings and educational developments to effectively communicate the institute s value proposition Requirements Proven experience as a tele-caller preferably in the education sector Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a clear and pleasant telephone manner Ability to effectively convey information and persuade potential students to enroll in our programs Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for maintaining accurate records Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced setting Familiarity with CRM software and basic computer proficiency Fluency in multiple languages especially English and any regional languages is an advantage A bachelor s degree in education communication business administration or a related field is preferred Benefits Competitive salary with performance-based incentives Opportunities for professional growth and career advancement within the institute A supportive and collaborative work environment Training and development opportunities to enhance skills in communication and sales Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 8 000 00 - 15 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Life insurance Provident Fund Education Higher Secondary 12th Pass Preferred Language Hindi Bengali Nepali Required English Required Work Location In person
