Job Title Accountant - Manufacturing Industry Location Bhosari Pune Industry Manufacturing Compensation 4 00 000 - 5 00 000 CTC per annum About the Role We are seeking a Junior Accountant with experience specifically in the manufacturing sector The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with high-volume accounting operations particularly in Tally Prime and will be responsible for handling Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions Key Responsibilities Recording and managing Accounts Payable AP and Accounts Receivable AR entries in Tally Prime Handling a high volume of vendor bills and customer invoices Maintaining ledgers vendor and customer accounts and reconciliation statements Tracking and managing accounting for 10-12 customers Supporting GST TDS and other statutory compliance activities Assisting in monthly closing reporting and documentation Preparing basic MIS reports using Microsoft Excel Mandatory Requirements Experience working only in a manufacturing company Exposure to companies with annual turnover above 80 Crores Hands-on experience in Tally Prime Strong experience in AP AR handling with high transaction volume Valuable Microsoft Excel skills VLOOKUP Pivot Tables preferred Preferred Qualifications B Com or equivalent degree in Accounting Finance Exposure to SAP Business One or willingness to learn internally Not Eligible Candidates from service industry real estate builder firms consulting firms or CA offices Candidates without manufacturing industry experience Benefits Competitive compensation Opportunity to learn SAP Business One Growth and career development within a leading manufacturing organization Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 400 000 00 - 500 000 00 per year Benefits Paid time off Work Location In person
