Design develop and maintain scalable reliable and secure web applications - Architect robust solutions while considering performance security and maintainability - Work with functional leads business partners project managers and technical teams in a cross-functional environment to understand requirements and implement solutions - Provide level-of-effort estimations based on thorough research code study and work prioritization to inform partners of progress and delivery timelines - Perform and ensure rigorous code reviews to ensure high-quality code - Mentor and provide technical guidance to other software engineers - Identify root causes of complex technical issues and deliver robust fixes - Participate in operational duty rotations when needed to resolve production issues and critical customer escalations - 10 years in software development experience in Java with a strong understanding of object-oriented concepts and design Proven frontend development experience with Angular Vue Proven experience in leading a team of engineers Robust computer science fundamentals including data structures algorithms and system design Demonstrated experience in building and maintaining large-scale software systems with a keen eye for scalability efficiency and robustness Hands-on experience with relational and non-relational databases Proficiency in working with Unix operating system Solid knowledge of application performance improvement techniques and caching solutions Strong problem-solving and debugging skills Proven ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative team environment displaying a results-driven attitude Ability to communicate effectively both written and verbal to both technical and non-technical partners across cross-functional teams Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or equivalent Preferred Qualifications Familiarity with AI ML algorithms and frameworks with experience in integrating AI ML concepts into software design and implementation Solid understanding of key software architecture principles including load-balancing system observability microservices security cryptography performance and reliability Knowledge of AI-powered Assistant tools and IDE integrations Knowledge of cloud data warehousing platforms such as Snowflake is highly valued Hands-on experience in writing components frameworks and libraries that improve software efficiency and scalability Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS or GCP and CI CD tools Strong appreciation for software quality with experience writing unit tests and collaborating with quality engineering teams to develop comprehensive test plans Working experience with Agile development methodologies Master s degree in Computer Science Engineering or equivalent Submit CV
