Hiring BL Job location Santacruz western express highway shift time Mon to sat 10 am to 7 pm Salary budget upto 30 000 - B L Bill of Lading Executive Documentation Executive Role Overview The B L Executive will be responsible for preparing reviewing and issuing Bills of Lading B L in compliance with shipping instructions Letters of Credit and international trade regulations The role involves close coordination with customers agents carriers and internal teams to ensure accurate documentation and smooth cargo movement Key Responsibilities Prepare review and issue Bills of Lading B L in line with shipping instructions LCs and trade regulations Verify booking details cargo descriptions HS codes weight measurements consignee shipper details Handle corrections amendments and surrender telex release of B Ls Ensure adherence to international shipping regulations Incoterms and customs compliance Coordinate with customers carriers freight forwarders agents and internal teams for timely documentation Maintain accurate records of B Ls manifests and related shipping documents Resolve B L discrepancies and documentation queries to avoid shipment delays Support finance team by ensuring B L documentation matches invoicing and payment requirements Key Skills Competencies Strong knowledge of Bill of Lading processes Original Seaway Switch Surrender etc Good understanding of international trade practices shipping documentation and Incoterms High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation Proficient in MS Office and shipping ERP software Strong coordination communication and problem-solving skills Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines Qualifications Experience Graduate in Shipping Logistics International Trade or Commerce 2-5 years of experience in shipping documentation B L processing Experience in CHA Freight Forwarding or Shipping Line industry preferred Regards HR Fouziya (phone hidden) Job Type Full time Pay 20 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Experience Bills of Lading B L 2 years Required Trade Incoterms Knowledge 1 year Required shipping documentation specialist 1 year Preferred
