Job Summary We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented architect to join our team The candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing designing and executing designs This role involves working closely with Directors and project managers to deliver innovative designs within budget and timelines Key Responsibilities Develop Design concepts Mood Boards Sketches and 2D 3D renderings Select and specify materials furniture lighting and decor elements Prepare detailed drawings layouts and Design Presentation Collaborate with contractors and suppliers to ensure project feasibility Manage project timelines cost estimation and resources effectively Skills and Qualifications Bachelor s or Master s degree in interior design Architecture or related field Min 2 to 3 years of experience in interior designing architecture Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD SketchUp Lumion Revit Adobe Creative Suite Photoshop and MS Office Strong Creative and visualization skills Knowledge of material color theory and lighting design Good Communication presentation and interpersonal skills Job Type Full time Pay 25 000 00 - 50 000 00 per month Benefits Paid sick time Work Location In person
