We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive US Medical Billing Executive to join our team The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of the US healthcare industry with hands-on experience in medical billing processes including EDI Rejections Payment Posting and Demographic Entry You will be responsible for ensuring accurate billing following up on claim statuses resolving issues and maintaining proper records in accordance with healthcare regulations Key Responsibilities EDI Rejections Manage and resolve EDI rejections ensuring timely follow-up with insurance companies to rectify issues Payment Posting Accurately post payments from insurance companies patients and other payers into the system Demographic Entry Ensure the accurate and timely entry of patient demographic information in the system HCFA Billing Process and manage HCFA Health Care Financing Administration claims for submission to insurers Claim Denials Analyze and work towards the resolution of denied claims Reporting Generate and review daily weekly and monthly reports related to medical billing and payment postings Communication Maintain clear communication with healthcare providers insurance companies and patients to ensure smooth billing operations Required Skills and Qualifications US Healthcare Industry Knowledge Solid understanding of the US healthcare industry and medical billing procedures EDI Rejection Handling Proven experience in handling and resolving EDI rejections and payment discrepancies Medical Billing Processes Strong understanding of payment posting demographic entry and HCFA forms Communication Skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work effectively with various stakeholders Attention to Detail Ability to maintain high levels of accuracy and efficiency in data entry and claims processing Required Experience Minimum 1-2 years of experience in the US Healthcare industry specifically in Medical Billing and EDI Rejections Education UG Any Graduate Graduation not required Preferred Skills Experience with healthcare billing software and EDI tools Familiarity with coding systems like ICD-10 CPT and HCPCS What We Offer Competitive salary Health and wellness benefits Opportunities for growth opportunities and development If you re looking to make a positive impact in the healthcare industry and are passionate about medical billing apply today to join our dynamic team Job Type Full-time Pay 15 000 00 - 32 000 00 per month Benefits Food provided Health insurance Paid sick time Paid time off Provident Fund Application Question s Are you able to manage your own travel to the office as the company does not provide transport facilities Experience Medical billing 1 year Required Shift availability Night Shift Required Work Location In person
