About the Role We are seeking a skilled and dedicated ITI Fitter to join our technical team The ideal candidate will be responsible for fitting assembling and maintaining mechanical components and machinery in a manufacturing or plant setup This role demands attention to detail hands-on experience with industrial tools and the ability to read technical drawings Key Responsibilities Perform fitting and mechanical assembly tasks based on engineering drawings and instructions Carry out routine preventive and corrective maintenance of machines and mechanical equipment Ensure safety of the premises including regular inspections of tools machines and plant infrastructure Monitor and support fire safety measures and assist in maintaining fire extinguishers and safety equipment Take care of infrastructure-related work such as minor civil repairs pipeline fittings and structural maintenance Assist in the installation and upkeep of new machines and equipment Identify and resolve faults or wear in mechanical parts to avoid downtime Maintain proper documentation for all maintenance activities Provide on-the-job training to machine operators regarding basic handling safety practices and preventive care of machines Support the team in ensuring compliance with workplace safety and hygiene standards Required Skills Qualifications ITI certification in Fitter trade from a recognized institution Strong knowledge of mechanical fittings machine tools and plant equipment Ability to interpret technical drawings blueprints and manuals Knowledge of plant safety norms fire safety standards and preventive maintenance schedules Hands-on experience with hand tools welding grinding and other fabrication work Physically fit and capable of working in industrial environments Responsible punctual and safety-conscious Job Type Full time Pay 10 179 36 - 24 495 70 per month Work Location In person
