Manufacturing Manager has overall responsibility for a unit within a factory The MM leads all deliverables of the unit on SHE Quality Cost Service ER end to end and is a key member of the factory leadership team reporting to the factory manager To achieve SU KPIs in unit To achieve customer service targets in unit To achieve safety standards in unit To achieve quality standards in uni To provide visible leadership for Factories in unit To manage employee relations to ensure high engagement levels in unit To implement agreed SU indirect structures in unit Manage the operations manufacturing quality and manufacturing excellence of the factory - including the operation of Raw material handling and Packing plant Lead Factory productivity improvement Lead material savings project through continuous yield improvement initiatives Lead Factory League performance of the site Drive digitalization for manufacturing and quality fields Support implementation of innovation within the factory Manage and improve deployment of resources people budgets and assets to comply with cost and financial target
