Job Title Grinding Honing Supervisor Setter - Gear Manufacturing We are seeking an experienced Grinding and Honing Supervisor Setter to join our gear manufacturing team The candidate will be responsible for overseeing machine Setting Programming operations ensuring product quality and supporting shop floor activities related to grinding and honing of precision gears Key Responsibilities Setting programming operate and supervise grinding and honing machines for gear production Ensure proper tool and fixture setup for efficient production Monitor machine performance and make necessary adjustments to maintain accuracy Inspect gears using gauges micrometers and profile checking instruments Maintain strict adherence to quality standards tolerances and process parameters Guide operators allocate work and resolve shopfloor challenges Implement and follow safety 5S and process discipline on the shopfloor Report production status rejections and corrective actions to management Support continuous improvement initiatives in machining processes Qualifications Skills Diploma ITI in Mechanical Tool Die or related field 7 years of hands-on experience in gear grinding and honing supervisory or setter role preferred Strong knowledge of gear inspection techniques and precision measuring instruments Ability to interpret technical drawings and process sheets Problem-solving skills with a focus on quality and productivity Team handling and supervisory skills Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay Up to 40 324 45 per month Perks Cell phone reimbursement Flexible schedule Food provided Internet reimbursement Provident Fund Work Location In person
