We re looking for a proactive articulate and target-driven skilled to enhance our academic outreach efforts In this role you ll bring together consultative guidance and a sales-driven mindset to provide an exceptional guidance experience for prospective students and their families facilitating institutional enrolment goals opportunity for work from home available Key Responsibilities Student Outreach Engagement Act as the primary liaison for prospective students and parents delivering comprehensive information on academic programs admission criteria and institutional highlights Lead Management Conversion Manage inbound and outbound leads respond to inquiries promptly and convert prospects into confirmed enrolments using strategic counselling methodologies Target Achievement Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly enrolment objectives both individually and as part of a team Relationship Development Build and nurture trust-based relationships with students and their families to drive a seamless and reassuring admissions journey CRM Reporting Maintain meticulous records of all prospect interactions lead statuses and conversion metrics in the CRM system ensuring accurate and transparent reporting candidate profile and requirements Bachelor s degree from a recognized institution in any discipline Outstanding communication skills both verbal and written with high emotional intelligence and interpersonal poise Persuasive yet studentcentred counselling style that supports decisions with empathy and clarity High target orientation excellent under pressure and consistently motivated Prior experience in academic counselling admissions or telesales is a plus but not essential Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 15 000 00 - 17 000 00 per month Benefits Provident Fund Work from home Work Location In person
