Position - Social Media Sales Travel Industry Location - Gurgaon Working Days - 5 5 Shift timing - 1 30pm-10 30pm and 6 30pm- 3 30am Uk Shift We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Travel Sales Agent to join our Social Media Team The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting clients planning booking and managing travel arrangements ensuring a smooth and satisfying travel experience You ll use your sales skills and destination knowledge to meet customer needs while achieving sales targets Key Responsibilities Assist clients in planning and booking international travel flights hotels transport Provide expert advice on travel options destinations and itineraries Convert Social Media leads and proactively follow up on customer inquiries via phone email or in person Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers Use GDS e g Amadeus Galileo or booking tools to process reservations Qualifications Requirements Proven experience in travel sales customer service or a related role atleast 6 months to 1 year experience in Travel Sales or Customer service Strong communication and interpersonal skills Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to meet and exceed targets Proficiency with reservation systems GDS Flexibility to work evenings weekends or holidays if required Cabs will be provided Share CV on Poornima provinceinfotech com or (phone hidden) Job Type Full time Pay 30 000 00 - 35 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Provident Fund Work Location In person
