Job Summary The Education Counselor is responsible for student counselling admissions and enrolment for G-TEC Global Campus programs The role involves guiding students on skill training courses international certifications global campus options and overseas education pathways ensuring high-quality counselling and achievement of enrolment targets Key Responsibilities Student Counselling Admissions Counsel students and parents on courses certifications and career pathways Advise students on G-TEC Global Campus international programs articulation pathways and overseas education options Understand student profiles career goals and eligibility to recommend suitable programs Convert walk-ins enquiries and digital leads into admissions Lead Management Follow-Up Handle inbound and outbound leads through calls emails and centre visits Maintain accurate student data in CRM admission systems Conduct regular follow-ups to improve lead conversion ratios Admission Process Documentation Complete enrolment formalities documentation and fee collection Ensure compliance with G-TEC admission policies and academic guidelines Coordinate with academic and operations teams for batch allocation and course activation Centre Marketing Outreach Support centre-level marketing activities including school visits college visits seminars workshops and education fairs Participate in counselling sessions open houses and career guidance programs Promote G-TEC brand certifications and global campus offerings in the local market Student Relationship Management Act as the first point of contact for students throughout the admission phase Address student queries and concerns related to courses certifications and progression options Ensure high student satisfaction and positive counselling experience Key Skills Competencies Solid communication and interpersonal skills Counselling and persuasion abilities Understanding of education programs skill training or overseas education Customer-centric approach with target orientation Good documentation and follow-up discipline Qualifications Experience Graduate in any discipline 1-4 years of experience in education counselling admissions or sales Experience in skill development training institutes or overseas education preferred Freshers with strong communication skills may also be considered Key Performance Indicators KPIs Number of admissions achieved Lead-to-enrolment conversion ratio Revenue targets met Student satisfaction scores Accuracy of documentation and compliance Job Type Full-time Pay 15 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Work Location In person
