Position Overview WACP is looking for a creative detail-oriented Graphic Designer to strengthen our visual identity and support our marketing and outreach initiatives This role is ideal for a designer who enjoys transforming ideas into visually compelling creatives across digital and print platforms while maintaining strong brand consistency in a fast-paced environment Key Responsibilities Design high-impact creatives for social media platforms including Facebook Instagram LinkedIn and Twitter posts stories campaign visuals Create professional brand collaterals such as brochures flyers leaflets standees and presentations that clearly communicate program offerings and institutional value Design hoarding and outdoor advertisements for admissions campaigns events and course promotions Develop visually appealing website banners and digital assets to enhance engagement and brand recall Collaborate closely with the marketing and admissions teams to conceptualize and execute creative campaigns Ensure strict adherence to brand guidelines maintaining visual consistency across all communication channels Adapt designs for both digital and print formats with accuracy and attention to detail Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines Stay updated with latest design trends tools and best practices to continuously elevate creative output Qualifications Skills Bachelor s degree in Graphic Design Visual Communication or a related field 2-3 years of professional experience as a Graphic Designer Strong portfolio showcasing branding social media creatives and print designs Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite Photoshop Illustrator InDesign Solid understanding of design principles typography layout and color theory Ability to convert concepts into impactful visual stories Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset Ability to work in a deadline-driven environment Exposure to digital marketing creatives and campaign design is an added advantage Experience in the education or training sector will be a plus Why Join WACP Be part of a growing education brand with strong market presence Work on high-visibility creative projects across multiple campuses and programs Collaborative creative and professional work environment Opportunity to build a strong and diverse design portfolio Job Type Full time Pay 25 000 00 - 35 000 00 per month Work Location In person
